Bacon With Mushrooms, Bell Pepper


  1. Meat – bacon 400 gr. + meat tenderloin -400 gr.
  2. Champignons 600 gr.
  3. Bulgarian pepper – 4 pcs. major
  4. salt 10 g.
  5. Spices for marinating meat, seasoning for shish kebab, a mixture of peppers
  6. Sunflower oil 25 gr. without smell
  7. Balsamic vinegar is dark 1 tbsp.

How to cook


  1. Cut my bacon meat into long plates. The thickness of about 5 mm… Cutting also my cut with cubes large 4×4 cm.
  2. I mix spices + balsamic vinegar + salt + oil and this mixture rubs meat and leave to marinate for 15-20 minutes…
  3. We are engaged in mushrooms, clean.
  4. Bulgarian pepper, clean, cut into strips.
  5. We collect everything layer by layer for roasting:
  6. at the bottom of the brazier or glass container a layer of Bulgarian pepper.
  7. on it we lay cubes of a cutting
  8. Champignons as I have a small leg to the top (if large cut into quarters or plates)
  9. Cover with plates of bacon
  10. Put the remaining strips of pepper between bacon, or stick it around the perimeter of the form…
  11. Bake in the oven at 180C (356F) for 30-35 minutes.

By the end of cooking from the top, we get a delicious, crispy bacon… a layer of toasted mushrooms below, and stewed with Bulgarian pepper in mushroom broth… it turns out delicious!
