We offer you to cook at home this stunning potato roll with mushroom filling. In general, it is not necessary to take mushrooms for the filling. They can be safely replaced with cheese tofu or browned vegetables, nuts with herbs and lentil paste.
Champignons – 600 g;
Potatoes – 6 tubers;
Onion – 2 heads;
White flour – 80 g;
Pepper mixture – ½ tsp;
Salt – to taste;
Cheese tofu (soft or hard – at your discretion) – 100 g.
How to cook a vegetarian roll with mushrooms.

4. From above distribute the mushroom filling, then lay out on it a grated cheese and carefully wrap everything in a roll.
5. We lay a potato roll with a seam on the parchment lined with parchment and send it to the oven for 30 minutes at 200 ° С.
If your diet allows the consumption of eggs, then in the potato mass, you can add 2 eggs, and even in the middle of the roll you can lay (as a filling) boiled eggs.
Vegetarian ice cream.
Well, how do you do without dessert on a holiday? Of course, in any way, that’s why we suggest you to make delicious vegan ice cream from the most accessible ingredients. Here even the raw food can eat.
1 cup of raw almonds is poured overnight with cool water. In the morning we drain the water and peel the nuts from the husk.
Then we load almonds in a blender, pour 50 ml of water into the same place and grind the products until a soft mass is obtained.
Now add to the almond cream two large bananas, broken into pieces, and again all whisk blender to a homogeneous mass.
The resulting composition is poured into a container and put into a freezer. Every 15-20 minutes, ice cream should be mixed so that it does not turn into ice.
Serve almond-banana ice cream with any fruit syrup, or in its pure form.
