Everyone will get mouth water when they smell their appetizing scent.
- 500 gr of corn flour;
- 50 gr of wheat flour;
- 2 dl of honey;
- 2 dl of olive oil;
- 150 gr of dark sugar;
- 1 tablespoon of fennel;
- 100 gr of bread dough;
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon;
- 100 g of crystallized citrus (optional).

- From the eve, corn and wheat flour are sifted into a bowl.
- Separate 2 dl of water, honey, olive oil, sugar, fennel and salt into boiling water and bring to the boil.

Tip: Dough can be bought in bakeries and in some supermarkets. To make at home, use 100 gr of wheat flour, 20 g of baker’s yeast or 1 sachet of instant yeast, warm water and a little salt.
