Exercise 1. Gleam

Exercise Gleam is a mandatory initial exercise of the course and serves to adjust the regime of acute vision, as well as increase the time of stay in this mode to two or three seconds. (After achieving these results, you can proceed to the following exercises of the complex.)

The exercise is as follows. In the open space (that is, outside the premises), in the daytime, we select an object for classes. It is most convenient to use for this purpose any well-readable inscription, since a clear font has a contrasting border and easily differentiates the picture into readable and unreadable.

Selecting an object, we move away from it for a distance exceeding the distance of free readability of the inscription of one or two meters. That is, we get up so that the image is blurred exactly so that it can not be readable, but it appeared for a short time from the short-sighted haze after each blink. After that, we start blinking, looking at the tablet and focusing our attention on the glimmer that appears after each blink. We try to read the inscription at the moment of such a glimpse.

After the glimpse of the sharp view disappeared, and the picture became misty, we blinked again and again we tried to read the inscription. And so on. Exercise can be performed within an hour, while the objects can be changed for a variety. On the first day of the exercise, blinking should be done literally every second, however, soon a glimpse of acute vision will increase significantly, which will allow you to proceed to the following exercises.

Exercise 2. Shooting at targets

Exercise Target shooting is the logical continuation of exercise # 1, but unlike him, there is a longer glimpse of sharp vision, allowing you to move your eyes from one object to another without releasing either one of the focus.

Actually, the exercise is as follows. Being out of the room, in the daytime, alternately (with a frequency of about one target per second), we choose to look at various objects (targets) that are at very different distances (from the tip of the nose to the horizon). Each object (target) at the same time should be kept in focus, for which, blinking regularly, we catch a glimpse of acute vision.

At the initial stage, until the glimmer is still very large, we blink at each selected object (target), that is, with a frequency of approximately one blink in one second. As the glimpse increases, it is possible to blink less often, that is, not on each target, but once more on two or three. As a target, one should not choose imaginary, non-existent objects, but only real ones, on which the eye can really focus.

Exercise 3. Spider-Man

Exercise Spider-man is an exercise version of exercise 2, serves to achieve the same goals and, by and large, differs from exercise 2, primarily by a different role coloring.

The exercise is as follows. Being outside the premises, during the daytime, we select any spreading bush or tree as an exercise object (however, you can use any other objects that are similar in size) and, having entered as a result of blinking into the acute view mode, we begin to mentally wind object is a non-existent coil of a non-existent thread. In this case, each turn is accompanied by a glance, focusing it at the point of contact between the imaginary thread and the object. As necessary – blink (to constantly keep the active zone of the object in focus). From time to time, objects are changed in order to preserve the excitement and acuity of perception.

Exercise 4. Recreation

Exercise Rest serves to remove from the eyes the tension created during the exercise, or for some other reason, not related to exercises.

The exercise is as follows. Hiding his eyes for centuries, we put the hands, folded by the boats, to his face. The right palm is applied to the right eye, and the left hand, respectively, to the left. (The fingers on the forehead intersect in the area of the third eye.) We glance at the blackness, trying to as far as possible to detach ourselves from the chaotically manifested visual images. Exercise is performed until the desired comfort is obtained.

Exercise 5. Pendulum

Exercise Pendulum serves to further increase the glimpse of acute vision, as well as to develop a habit of moving eyes.

The exercise is as follows. Outside, in the daytime, we select an object for exercise. Most conveniently as an object to use any readable inscription, a fairly large size (for example, located at a distance sign of the store or a poster advertising or other content). Blinking, we reach the state of acute vision, we focus our attention on the inscriptions and begin to swing it, moving the viewpoint along the line and back, like a swinging pendulum, trying to keep the view of the object as far as possible.

When blurring the image, blink again, enter the acute view, continue the exercise. And so on. With a good execution skill, you can abandon the choice of a specific object and use this principle as the main way of seeing. The time of the exercise in this case becomes unlimited.

Exercise 6. The Chinese blockhead

Exercise Chinese idiot serves to achieve the same goals as exercise 5, the difference between the exercises is that the mobility of the view is not achieved with the help of eye movement, but with the help of a swinging head from the side of the exerciser.

Selecting the object, blinking, catching a glimpse of sharp view, we focus the view on the object and, shaking from side to side, try to keep the focus on the object as long as possible. When blurring the picture, blink again and continue to perform the exercise. And so on. Just like Exercise 5, the exercise Chinese Holocaust should be considered as a variant of the main mode of vision. The time of this exercise in this case also becomes unlimited.

Exercise 7. Eight

Exercise Eight is a combination of exercises 5-6 and serves to achieve the same goals that were set before these exercises.

Exercise Eight is as follows. First of all, we select an object for the forthcoming review (the requirements for the object are no different from those described above, in exercises Nos. 5-6). However, this exercise is even more feasible than exercises # 5-6 without a pre-selected object (that is, using as an object of exercise all visible space).

Having decided with the choice of the object, blink, catch the state of the sharp view and, making your eyes move along the trajectory of the eight on the side, try to keep the focus of the view as long as possible. In this case, the head is made to swing to the right (when the eye moves to the right) and to the left (when the eyes move to the left), thereby increasing the horizontal dimensions of the eight-folded figure (or, what is the same, the magnitude of the horizontal viewing angle).

Just like Exercise 5-6, exercise Eight should be used as a variant of the main mode of vision. The execution time in this case is also unlimited.

(If the inscription is selected as the object, then the detail is each its letter.)

Examination of details is made with the help of soft circular motions by eyes resembling polishing movements in character. With the help of such movements, we try to keep focus on the object as long as possible. Then we again blink and continue to do the exercises. With sufficient skill, this exercise, as well as exercises Nos. 5,6 and 7, can serve as a variant of the basic mode of vision.

Exercise 9. A ray of light

Exercise Ray of light serves to nourish the eyes with life-giving solar energy, which gives them amazing power and a sense of comfort.
