Cow milk is nature’s perfect food for… baby calves!

Milk allergies, usually in young children, are characterized by potentially strong and dangerous reactions, such as vomiting or anaphylaxis. When the diets of young criminals were contrasted with those of adolescents from a similar background, it was found that the juvenile delinquents consumed almost ten times the amount of milk that was drunk by the control group. The juvenile offenders ate less fruit, nuts and vegetables.

75% of the world’s population cannot adequately digest milk due to lactose intolerance. Many prominent medical doctors are now saying dairy consumption is a contributing factor in nearly two dozen diseases of children and adults.

Is Milk Bad For Health? Hidden Information

Despite what the dairy industry has led us to believe, many medical doctors and nutritionists are now saying that cow’s milk is not healthy for human consumption, and that it can lead to many serious diseases. When you look at the credentials of the doctors making these statements, it would be hard for the dairy industry to accuse these physicians of being on the lunatic fringe of the medical world.

Milk depletes the calcium from your bones. Many scientific studies have shown an assortment of detrimental health effects directly linked to milk consumption. It actually increases calcium loss from the bones. Like all animal protein, milk acidifies the body pH which in turn triggers a biological correction.

You see, calcium is an excellent acid neutralizer and the biggest storage of calcium in the body is in the bones. So the very same calcium that our bones need to stay strong is utilized to neutralize the acidifying effect of milk. Once calcium is pulled out of the bones, it leaves the body via the urine, so that the surprising net result after this is an actual calcium deficit.

Everyone has heard that milk is good for the bones, and that is because milk is one of the primary sources of vitamin D in the American diet, as well as a good source of calcium. In a Swedish medical study, women who consumed large quantities of dairy milk daily were more likely to sustain fractures than those who drank little to no milk.

Lactose intolerance. Cow’s milk contains a sugar called lactose that can be difficult for people to digest, resulting in symptoms such as nausea, cramps, gas, bloating, and diarrhea. It can also develop later in life and result in months of worsening symptoms. According to scientists, milk sugar, known as lactose is made from two building blocks, galactose and glucose. People who can digest milk break lactose down into these simpler sugars. In yogurt, bacteria do the work for us, breaking down the lactose into these two components. There may be some fermentation processes that also break down the galactose, but at least one study showed that there was indeed galactose present in yogurt. And it wasn’t clear from the study whether anyone ate three cups of yogurt a day, so the difference may come down to moderation on the part of the yogurt consumers.

We are the only animals on the planet who take another animals milk and drink it for consumption. We are biologically designed to drink our own mother’s milk. Would you go and put your mouth to a cow’s nipple and start drinking it? It contains, for example, three times more protein and seven times more mineral content while human milk has 10 times as much essential fatty acids, three times as much selenium, and half the calcium. Some may like cow’s milk but drinking it is both unnecessary and potentially harmful.

There are lots of hormones in milk
There are lots of hormones in milk. This is true even if your milk and yogurt is organic. Because dairy cows are kept on sex hormones or pregnant for their entire lives in order to lactate for humans year-round, when you consume dairy, you’re also taking in a significant amount of the sex hormones estrogen and progesterone. We know that an increased exposure to estrogen increases the risk of cancer, and dairy accounts for 60 percent to 80 percent of estrogens consumed by humans today.

A 2010 Japanese study found that men’s testosterone levels decreased after they began drinking milk.
Recombinant Bovine Growth Hormone: a genetically engineered hormone directly linked to breast, colon and prostate cancer. This is injected into cows to increase milk production.

Scientific studies show that milk increases fracture risk. Many scientific studies contradict the conventional wisdom that milk and dairy consumption help reduce osteoporotic fractures. Studies demonstrating that milk and dairy products actually fail to protect bones from fractures outnumber studies that prove otherwise. Shocking statistics ignored by mainstream medicine!
Prostate cancer
Prostate cancer. Some evidence suggests that the consumption of milk and other dairy products leads to an increased risk of prostate cancer. Conversely, dairy-free diets have been followed to slow the progress of prostate cancer. In observational studies both across countries and within single populations, higher dairy intake has been linked to increased risk of prostate cancer. Milk Increases Your Risk Of Cancer!

Exacerbates acne & creates gas. Journal of the American Academy of Dermatology found an association between dairy consumption and acne. They suggest that removing milk or dairy can help to clear your skin. Drinking milk creates excess mucus. Higher milk intake is linked to acne. Milk is perhaps the most common self-reported food allergen in the world

Ovarian cancer. A Swedish study showed that women who consumed four or more servings of dairy products each day were twice as likely to develop serous ovarian cancer as those who consumed two or fewer servings of dairy products each day.

Antibiotics. Many cows are pumped full of antibiotics. This practice is leading to antibiotic-resistant bacteria, which may decrease the effectiveness of antibiotics used on humans. Across countries, populations that consume more dairy have higher rates of multiple sclerosis. There are lots of contaminants in milk. Doubles The Risk Of Parkinson’s Disease For Men!

Cows are in such a state of disease and mistreatment that they are continually being injected with antibiotic medicines, and rubbed down with chemical-laden ointments to deal with their chronic infections.
