Potato Gratin With Grated Cheese

It’s a delight and it’s very easy to do!

Ingredients:

Potato Gratin Grated Cheese

  • 10 large potatoes
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 small spoons of salt
  • Pepper-ground to taste
  • 100g grated cheese (suggestion: gruyère)
  • 1 cup (s) of sour cream
  • butter

Method of preparation:

  • Peel the potatoes and slice them into not too thick slices.
  • Grease a baking sheet with the butter.
  • Put the potatoes on the baking sheet.
  • Over the potatoes, throw the chopped garlic, the salt and the ground pepper.
  • Add the grated cheese and the cream.
  • Mix everything and bake at 200C (392F) for about an hour.
  • When golden and soft, remove from the oven and serve.

Peel the potatoes and slice them into not too thick slices. Grease a baking sheet with the butter. Put the potatoes on the baking sheet.
Over the potatoes, throw the chopped garlic, the salt and the ground pepper. Add the grated cheese and the cream. Mix everything and bake.
