Potatoes In The Village

Ingredients:

potatoes young – 500g,
olive oil – 2-3 tablespoons,
pepper cum – pinch,
basil dried – whisper,
coriander ground – pinch,
salt sea average – handful,
garlic – 10 tooth,
bacon freshly salted – 30g

How to cook

Wash potatoes under running water with a brush.
Cut into four pieces, dry with a paper towel.
Pour well with olive oil, mix thoroughly.
Sprinkle with coriander, basil, pepper, salt.
Put on top of the garlic in the husk.
Bake in preheated to 180C (356F) oven for 30 minutes.

Cut thinly bacon, put on the potatoes, bake for another 10 minutes.
